SuperEasy qPCR Master Mix is a ready to use kit containing all components except primers and templates for the amplification and detection of DNA in qPCR. The reagent was provided in a 2x premix form and included the hot start Taq DNA Polymerase, MgCl₂, dNTPs and SYBR Green with optimized ratio, reaction buffer, PCR enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer.
